is missions a good fit for me?
There's this crazy bold statement Jesus makes to his disciples right before he ascends to Heaven and ushers in the Holy Spirit. He says, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me, Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:17-20).
Based on Jesus' own words, missions is what we are all called to - no matter where we are from or where we feel we are headed. As followers of Jesus, we are sent out by God to be missional in the whole world. So whether that's long-term cross-cultural missions on new frontiers, or at the indie coffee shop your parents visit you at - we help prepare you for what's next!

how do i know if god is leading me to this?
Learning to hear God's voice takes time and practice, especially in a world full of noise and distraction at every corner. We'd encourage you first of all to do your research and chat with the Lord as you go. Pay careful attention to the location/s that stand out to you. That could be excitement, peace, feeling teary/emotional, or a sense of being drawn toward something.
Next, if we are on that list of places you're thinking about, then reach out to us for some good chats and connection as you consider your options. We also suggest involving people you trust spiritually to discern with you where-to from here.
